Beth is the owner and founder of Achieve Health and Wellness. Beth opened Achieve 10 years ago to fill a gap for progressive therapy options and to ensure that the highest quality care was available to all kids, no matter their socioeconomical status. Beth received her bachelor's in biology from Gustavus Adolphus College before receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mayo School of Health Sciences. Beth has worked in pediatrics for over 10 years with 13 years of Intensive Therapy Model experience. Beth had the opportunity to work for Therasuit treating patients and teaching therapists from around the world before starting Achieve. She has also been a guest lecturer at multiple physical therapy programs including Mayo, U of MN, Concordia, and St. Kate's. Beth has obtained multiple certifications including Dynamic Movement Intervention Level C, dry needling, and Therasuit. Her goal is to continue to build the practice and carry out the plans that she and her husband Gary had before he died. Although she does not have much free time as a mom with young kids and a business, she does collect plants and drinks way too much caffeine!
Taylor received her bachelor's degree from Winona State University and Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Concordia University in St. Paul in 2022. Immediately following, she began her career in an outpatient pediatric facility in Rochester where she provided direct patient care to children of all ages with various neurological conditions.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys attending sporting events, especially Minnesota town ball baseball games. She also enjoys reading a good book, spending time in the sun, going to her cabin in Luck WI, and trying new restaurants with friends.

Madalyn’s favorite part of being an OT is to encourage new skills to develop and watch individuals grow to reach their potential! When she is not at work, she loves to spend time outside hiking, camping, and spending time with her boyfriend and two cats.

Now that all of her boys are in school, she joined Achieve to assist with the day-to-day operations and to ensure efficient use of clinic resources to provide clients with the highest quality services. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and kids, dog, and two cats. Holly and her family love to travel!
