Meet Our Team

 Beth is the owner and founder of Achieve Health and Wellness. Beth opened Achieve 10 years ago to fill a gap for progressive therapy options and to ensure that the highest quality care was available to all kids, no matter their socioeconomical status. Beth received her bachelor's in biology from Gustavus Adolphus College before receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Mayo School of Health Sciences. Beth has worked in pediatrics for over 10 years with 13 years of Intensive Therapy Model experience. Beth had the opportunity to work for Therasuit treating patients and teaching therapists from around the world before starting Achieve.  She has also been a guest lecturer at multiple physical therapy programs including Mayo, U of MN, Concordia, and St. Kate's. Beth has obtained multiple certifications including Dynamic Movement Intervention Level C, dry needling, and Therasuit. Her goal is to continue to build the practice and carry out the plans that she and her husband Gary had before he died. Although she does not have much free time as a mom with young kids and a business, she does collect plants and drinks way too much caffeine! 

Taylor received her bachelor's degree from Winona State University and Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Concordia University in St. Paul in 2022. Immediately following, she began her career in an outpatient pediatric facility in Rochester where she provided direct patient care to children of all ages with various neurological conditions. In her free time, Taylor enjoys attending sporting events, especially Minnesota town ball baseball games. She also enjoys reading a good book, spending time in the sun, going to her cabin in Luck WI, and trying new restaurants with friends.

 Paul received his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Concordia University St. Paul and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Concordia University St. Paul as well back in May of 2024. Before Achieve Paul was participating in clinical research for kiddos as well as performing clincal work with children! Outside of work Paul is a big runner as he runs almost 40 miles a week, loves to go ice fishing every weekend in the winter, and will eat any and every type/kind/flavor of food out there (Feel free to bring recommendations). The thing Paul loves the most about working at Achieve is all of the new and cool friends he is making every single day! 

 Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of St. Thomas in 2020. Kevin shadowed and worked at Achieve as a Rehab Tech for 18 months before attending Physical Therapy school. Kevin also completed his final clinical education experience at Achieve in the spring of 2024. He graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in May 2024. Kevin is passionate about providing high quality care to children of all ages, sizes, and abilities. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his wife, family, and friends, watching sports, and playing golf.  

Rachel graduated from NIACC in June of 2016 where she received her AAS in Physical Therapy and joined the Achieve team in June of 2017. After working for a year in an outpatient orthopedic private practice, Rachel was given the opportunity to pursue her dream of working in pediatrics at Achieve. Rachel's favorite part about working at Achieve is creating meaningful connections within the neurodiverse community. 

In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter who was born in March of 2023.

 Thang graduated with an Associate Degree of Physical Therapy Assistant from Anoka Ramsey Community College in 2021. His favorite part about working in pediatrics is getting to be a part of the child’s motor skill development journey to become independent along with the hands-on treatments to help the kids with their physical endurance, strength, balance, and coordination.

Thang is committed to learning and eager to continue with a focus in pediatrics. When Thang is

not at work, he enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, fly fishing, and snowboarding. 

 Hanna graduated from Saint Catherine University where she obtained her AAS in physical therapy. Her physical therapy experience prior to Achieve was in acute care. In the hospital she worked with a variety of patients, but had most experience with acute neuro and cardiac conditions. She has a cat named Gizmo who got her name from her favorite movie Gremlins because she resembles Gizmo in the movie. In her free time she loves to craft or do a DIY project, paddle board in the summer, and snowboard in the winter.  . 

 Sydney received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Saint Catherine University. Sydney has always been passionate about working in pediatrics and have worked in a variety of pediatric roles prior to pursuing Occupational Therapy. Sydney loves the wide range of areas OT can address and helping kids develop skills to be more independent in their everyday activities. Outside of work she enjoys taking her dog for walks, reading, trying new restaurants and new recipes, and spending time with family and friends. 

  Madalyn received her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from Saint Catherine University. She has worked with children over the past 10 years in several roles including in pediatric palliative care as a nursing assistant before becoming an OT. Madalyn’s favorite part of being an OT is to encourage new skills to develop and watch individuals grow to reach their potential! When she is not at work, she loves to spend time outside hiking, camping, and spending time with her boyfriend and two cats.   

 Sarah has her Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from Western Technical College in La Crosse, WI and her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology from The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN!  She has worked in two different pediatric outpatient centers and loves to see the progress that the clients make as well as creating a bond with the client and their family. She believes that laughing and having fun in session is important to build a trusting therapeutic relationship.  In her free time, Sarah enjoys rock climbing, reading and drinking coffee!   

Holly earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Minnesota in 2004. She spent 13 years as a Forensic Scientist with the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA).  In 2018, she left her career to stay home with her three boys.  At that time, she joined BabyQuip Baby Gear Rentals and Cleaning as a Quality Provider.  Now that all of her boys are in school, she joined Achieve to assist with the day-to-day operations and to ensure efficient use of clinic resources to provide clients with the highest quality services.   In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and kids, dog, and two cats. Holly and her family love to travel!
