We are outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics located in Apple Valley and Northfield, Minnesota. We specialize in Intensive Therapy in individuals with neurological disorders. We have been able to help individuals with a wide range of conditions such as, Cerebral Palsy, Hemiplegia, Spina Bifida, Down Syndrome, Hypotonia, Hypertonia, Ataxia, Multiple Sclerosis and Athetosis- just to name a few! There’s never been an individual we won’t try and help!

Achieve Health and Wellness offers a variety of unique therapy services to help each client reach their full potential. Our Intensive Therapy programs are tailored to each client's need, helping them gain strength, mobility, coordination and the endurance necessary to accelerate functional progress and improve quality of life. We also offer Weekly and Modified Intensive programs to help support continued progress.
